Product Overview
Custom Enterprise Software
What it is
XBase Enterprise covers business applications designed for an organisation's own processes: ERP and CRM modules, workflow management, operations panels, reporting and dashboards. For processes that do not fit an off-the-shelf package, we put the organisation's rules directly into software.
The problem it solves
Enterprise software fails most often because process and software do not match: either the organisation is forced to bend its processes to a package, or the application becomes unmaintainable through uncontrolled customisation. Building the organisation's own domain model on a modular core removes that dilemma.
Who it is for
Built for organisations with distinctive operational processes, regulated companies and growing businesses.

How It Works
How It Works
- 01
Process analysis
Existing processes, data flows and systems are mapped.
- 02
Domain model
The organisation's concepts and rules become a domain model; modules take shape around it.
- 03
Iterative delivery
Prioritised modules are delivered in short cycles and validated with real users.
- 04
Integration and migration
Integration with existing systems and data migration are carried out as planned.
- 05
Operation
Monitoring, maintenance and continuous development.
Architecture
Architecture
Applications are built from the organisation's domain modules on a shared platform core (identity, permissions, audit, notifications, files, reporting). Modules communicate over APIs, which allows them to be scaled and replaced independently later.
