Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is XBaseTech. Trade name, address and contact details will appear here.

Personal data processed

Identity (full name), contact (e-mail, phone), professional information (company) and the content of the request; also an IP hash and browser information for form security.

Purpose and legal basis

Processed to respond to your request and conduct pre-contractual discussions, on the legal bases of KVKK art. 5/2-c (establishment of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfers

Data is not transferred to third parties other than hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers. Any cross-border transfer complies with the conditions of KVKK art. 9.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights under KVKK art. 11 via the e-mail address on the contact page. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
